SUMMARY:NFCC Members Autumn Conference 2024 - Looking forward together
DESCRIPTION:Our key annual event for senior leaders is taking place on 14th – 16th October 2024\, Crowne Plaza Nottingham and is themed around ‘Looking Forward Together’ \nTimings: The event will begin with an informal networking evening at 7pm on 14th October. The conference will run from 9.30 on 15th and conclude with lunch on 16th and there will be a networking dinner on 15th. \nAn agenda (subject to change) is now available: Autumn Conference Agenda v3. Below is an overview of speakers and subjects\, all of which are confirmed unless stated. \n\nFire Minister – Priorities for the sector – Confirmed  – attending virtually\nThe Grenfell Tower Fire Panel Session following the release of the Phase 2 report\nNew UK Operational Firefighting Guidance\nFederation of European Fire Officers President Stephan Weavers and the 4 Quadrant FF model\nKeynote speaker\, Chief Constable Lucy D’Orsi\, British Transport Police talking about her leadership journey and touching on culture and inclusion within the Police.\nReflections on the FRS – a panel session with 3 Chief Fire Officers from outside of the sector\nFire Standards Board Chairs update\nFirefighters Charity update\n\nPlease note this event is only open to NFCC Members – Area Manager or equivalent and above. \nImportant Information: Please do not book tickets that state ‘Bookable by NFCC Staff only’ – these tickets are for speakers and can only be booked by the NFCC events team. If you book this option you may be charged an additional admin fee to correct the booking. \nBookings can be made via credit card or invoice with a PO number.
