DESCRIPTION:NFCC Menopause in Fire Conference \n11th September 2024 \nThe Innside by Melia Hotel\, Liverpool \nAfter a hugely successful first event last year\, we are excited to announce that the Menopause in Fire Conference is making a return this year! \nThe conference will take place on Wednesday September 11\, 2024 with an optional networking dinner the evening before at the hotel. \nThe conference is being held this year in Liverpool and we have already secured Dr Rebecca Lewis from Newson Health to present again. The conference is aimed at individuals going through menopause or perimenopause and anyone wanting to understand more about how menopause may impact them and what they can do to look after themselves when they start experiencing symptoms. The focus of the conference is on self-care and support during menopause with topics such as fitness\, nutrition and relationships. \nHere’s some snippets of what last year’s delegates thought: \n“Excellent conference overall\, so much valuable resource and information\, I can’t thank you enough for putting it together.” \n“Excellent conference and fantastic speakers.
